Who can join

Digits 7 Casino is open to players who are at least 18 years old, or of legal age where they live if that age is higher. You can play with us only if you live where taking part is legal and not prohibited. Our staff, partners and their close families cannot take part.

Your terms

Our terms, together with our other policies, are the final agreement between you and Digits 7 Casino. By opening an account and using our casino you accept them, and it is up to you to read them and follow them. We may change the terms at any time, and changes apply as soon as they are published.

Your account

Each player may hold one real-money account for life. If an old account was closed, ask us to reopen it, because a new one cannot be opened. Keep your account number and password private and never let anyone else play on your account. Players who open several accounts, even with different details, lose the right to winnings and their withdrawals are cancelled.

Fair play

Our games run on RTG software with a random number generator, and the result shown by our server software is the final result of every game round. Winnings that come from a system malfunction or a game error are void. Playing in a professional way, with other players as a group or with automated systems is not allowed.

Deposits

Deposits are made from the Cashier and reach your balance straight away. You may deposit only to your own account, and cards must be in your name. For card deposits we ask for an authorisation form and a copy of the front of the card. Card deposits carry a 2% fee.

Withdrawals

Before we pay a withdrawal, your account must be verified with photo ID and proof of address. The smallest withdrawal is $100. Every request is checked within 7 to 10 business days and approved amounts are processed within 10 business days. Players can request up to $5,000 in each rolling seven days, in steps of $2,500, and VIP 4 and VIP 5 members up to $10,000. Every withdrawal is charged a processing fee of at most $40, and the exact amount depends on the payment processor and the sum you take out.

Bonuses

Bonuses follow our bonus rules and the terms of each offer. Bonus funds have to be played through before a withdrawal, only one bonus can be used at a time, and some table games cannot be played with bonus funds. We can change or end any promotion at any time.

Disputes

If you do not agree with the result of a game, write to us within 14 days. Complaints can also go to the Central Dispute System, a third-party service set up by RTG to settle player disputes.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your winnings where you live.
